Day 01: Arrival in Delhi
Welcome to New Delhi, the national capital of India. Upon arrival at New Delhi International Airport, a representative from Shantanu Cultural Trails will receive you with a warm welcome. Then, you will get the assisted check-in at the hotel. Freshen up and rest. Spend the rest of the day at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 02: Delhi Sightseeing Tour
After a hearty breakfast at the hotel, embark on a guided city tour to explore the attractions of Old Delhi and New Delhi as well. Start from Old Delhi by visiting Rajghat (the final resting place of Mahatma Gandhi), Red Fort (UNESCO World Heritage Site), Jama Masjid (the largest mosque in India), and the bustling markets of Chandani Chowk. Later, proceed to explore New Delhi’s attractions covering India Gate, President House, Parliament House, Humayun’s Tomb (UNESCO World Heritage Site), Birla Mandir (Laxmi Narayan Temple), and Qutub Minar (UNESCO World Heritage Site). On-time, return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 03: Delhi – Jaipur
Post breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Jaipur. On arrival in Jaipur, our representative will transfer you to the pre-booked hotel. Freshen up and relax. Later, proceed for a sightseeing tour in Jaipur, the Pink City of India—covering City Palace & Museum, Govind Devji Temple, Hawa Mahal, Albert Hall Museum, and Jantar Mantar (UNESCO World Heritage Site). In the evening, explore local markets of Jaipur. Dinner and overnight.
Day 04: Jaipur – Ranthambore.
In the early morning, take an excursion to Amer Fort located on the outskirts of the city. Enjoy an elephant ride to ascend the fort complex because the fort is situated atop a high hill. Return to the hotel en route to visit Jal Mahal which is located in the middle of a lake—Man Sarovar Lake. Freshen up and rest. Have your breakfast. In the afternoon, drive to Ranthambore. On arrival, check in at your pre-booked hotel. Dinner and stay will be at the hotel.
Day 05: Ranthambore National Park
Have a wholesome breakfast at the guest house and gear up to set out for a jungle safari in Ranthambore National Park. You will get the chance to see the Bengal Tiger and other animals like hyenas, langurs, peacocks, and a variety of deers. In the evening, return to your resort for an early dinner and cozy sleep.
Day 06: In Ranthambore
Enjoy a relaxing breakfast at the resthouse. And, get ready for a safari ride again to the jungles of Ranthambore National Park. Enjoy a panoramic view of the town. Conclude your day with a lavish dinner at the guest house and enjoy a comfortable night.
Day 07: Ranthambore – Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary
After having a delicious breakfast, check out from the hotel. Drive to Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary. After arriving in Bharatpur, get assisted by the Shantanu Cultural Trails representative to check-in at the hotel. Get freshen up and visit the Bird Sanctuary. Return to the resort and spend the time at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 08: Bharatpur – Agra
Get ready to drive to Agra after having a wholesome breakfast. Enroute visit Fatehpur sikri. After reaching Agra, do check-in at the hotel and move towards your room to get freshen up. In the afternoon, visit the Taj Mahal & Agra fort. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 09: Agra – Bandhavgarh
In the morning, after having early breakfast at the hotel, take an executive class airconditioned train to Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve. Upon your arrival, the tour representative Shanatanu Cultural Tails will receive welcome you at the station. And, transfer you to the hotel. Relax and spend the day at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 10: Bandhavgarh National Park
Have a relaxing breakfast at your resort and head to explore the ancient Bandhavgarh Fort. It is believed that Lord Rama has gifted this fort to his younger brother Lakshmana. In the evening, head for a jeep safari or enjoy an elephant ride in the park. Bandhavgarh National Park is home to many animals and birds. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the guest house.
Day 11: Jeep Safari at Bandhavgarh National Park
Wake up early and head towards a morning jeep safari to Bandhavgarh National Park. This National Park is home to the royal Bengal tiger, 37 other species of mammals, 250 species of birds, and 80 species of butterflies. After the jaunt, come back to the resort for breakfast. Spend the day at leisure. In the evening, again head to the park for a wildlife safari.
Day 12: In Bandhavgarh.
After breakfast head again to the national park and see the major tourist attractions like Shesh Saiya and Bandhavgarh Ancient Caves. Also, at your expense, you can enjoy ‘The Hot Air Balloon Safari’ for an unforgettable experience. Return to the resort for early dinner and comfortable overnight sleep.
Day 13: Bandhavgarh to Kanha National Park
After breakfast, drive to Kanha Tiger Reserve. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to the resthouse. Complete the check-in process and relax in your room. In the evening, embark on a Jeep safari at the Kanha Tiger Reserve. This National Park shelters more than 300 species of birds and 1000+ species of flora. Return to the resort on time and enjoy a lavish dinner. Overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 14: Kanha Tiger Reserve
Today you will be spending your day and evening exploring the Kanga National Park, also known as Kanha Tiger Reserve. It is one of the tiger reserves in India and also the largest national park in the Madhya Pradesh state. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the guest house.
Day 15: Kanha – Jabalpur – Delhi
Early morning Safari in the park. Return to the resort for a relaxing breakfast. After the completion of the check-out process, our chauffeur will drive you to Jabalpur railway station to take a train to Delhi. Overnight on the train.
Day 16: Arrive in Delhi
Upon arrival in Delhi, the tour representative of Shantanu Cultural Trails will drop you at the International Airport to catch your flight to your home or onward destination. Tour ends.
