This is an exclusive religious and heritage north India tour package, which truly focuses on the religious places in and around North India. This “9 nights and 10 days” package is meant to cover the most spectacular locations of north India which are prominent from historical as well as religious points of view. The tour starts from Delhi, where you would be picked by the representative of Shantanu Cultural Trails and transferred to the hotel. The halts of the trip are Jaipur- the Pink City, Agra- the city of Taj Mahal, Jhansi, Khajuraho – the city of temples, Varanasi – the city of river Ganges, and Allahabad – a place of transaction of three pious rivers, also known as Sangam. Day 01: Arrival in Delhi
Upon arrival at Delhi International Airport, a Shantanu Cultural Trails representative will meet and welcome you. Later transfers to hotel, on arrival check-in at the hotel. Freshen up and relax. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 02: At Delhi
Have a hearty breakfast and then proceed towards the major sightseeing of Old and New Delhi. Visit places like Roman Catholic Church, Red Fort, Purana Qila, Jantar Mantar, Qutub Minar, India Gate, Parliament House, Rashtrapati Bhavan, Dolls Museum, Humayun’s Tomb, Birla Mandir, Lotus Temple, Jama Masjid, etc. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 03: Delhi – Jaipur
Take a relaxed breakfast and enjoy your daytime in your own activities. Later in the afternoon, proceed towards Jaipur. On arrival in Jaipur, get the assisted transfer to the hotel. In the eventing, explore the colorful markets of Jaipur city. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 04: Jaipur
Have a very delicious breakfast at the hotel and then take an excursion to Amer Fort located on the outskirts of the city. Enjoy an elephant back ride to ascend the fort complex situated atop a hill. Return to the main city en-route visiting the Jal Mahal. Later, explore Jaipur’s other attractions like Jantar Mantar Observatory, City Palace, Hawa Mahal, Galta Monkey Temple, Nahargarh Fort, and Albert Hall Museum. In the evening, visit the best textile and gems markets in India. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 05: Jaipur – Agra
After having breakfast at your hotel, proceed to Agra en-route visiting the Fatehpur Sikri. Fatehpur Sikri is a historical town in the Agra district. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and known for many historical monuments. Attractions here are Panch Mahal, Buland Darwaza, Salim Chisti Dargah, Jama Masjid, and Jodha Bai Palace. After exploring Fatehpur Sikri, continue your drive to Agra, the city of the Taj Mahal. On arrival, get the assisted transfer to your pre-booked hotel. Freshen up and relax. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 06: Agra – Jhansi – Khajuraho
Take your breakfast and then proceed to the railway station to take the train for Jhansi. On arrival at Jhansi, drive towards Orchha. And visit places like Jahangir Mahal, Raj Mahal, Chaturbhuj Temple, Laxminarayan Temple, Phool Bagh, etc. Then continue the drive to reach Khajuraho. Day 07: Khajuraho – Varanasi

Day 08: Varanasi – Allahabad
Have a relaxed breakfast and then move towards Allahabad. On arrival, get the assisted transfer to the hotel. Later, proceed to visit temples, ashrams, and markets. Return to the hotel. Have dinner and stay overnight.
Day 09: Allahabad – Varanasi
Early in the morning, get ready to visit Sangam the meeting point of three sacred rivers Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati. Later, have breakfast at the hotel and then enjoy the rest of the day in markets and ashram. By evening, return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 10: Varanasi – Delhi – Departure
Early morning, get ready to visit Daswamedh Ghat and take a boat ride to see the burial Ghats and observe the living traditions of India. Return to the hotel and enjoy your breakfast. On time, the Shantanu Cultural Trails representative will transfer to the airport to take the flight to Delhi. In Delhi, take a flight back to your home destination. The tour ends here.
