Day 01: Arrival in Delhi
Fly from your country to New Delhi, the capital city of India. Upon arrival at New Delhi International Airport, a representative from Shantanu Cultural Trails greets and assists you to transfer to the hotel. Change, wash and relax at the hotel. Enjoy welcome dinner at the hotel. Have a comforting overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 02: Delhi
Enjoy hearty breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast leave for full day sightseeing tour of Old and New Delhi. Visit the famous Red Fort – stunning Mughal architecture in red sand stones. Visit the Jama Masjid – the largest mosque of India. Visit the Qutub Minar – the longest brick minaret in the world. Visit the magnificent Old Fort. Visit the Raj Ghat – the cremation site of Mahatma Gandhi, the father of the nation. Visit the Chandani Chowk the colorful and busy markets. Enjoy rickshaw ride in Chandani Chowk. Visit the India Gate – an imposing structure built as a war memorial dedicated to unknown soldiers who laid their lives for the sake of the country in First World War. Visit the architecturally beautiful Humayun’s Tomb. Visit the Parliament House and the President House. See the beautiful government buildings. Also visit the famous temple attractions of the city like Lotus Temple (Bahai Temple), Laxmi Narayan Temple (Birla Temple) and Akshardham Temple (the largest temple complex in the world). Make evening comfortable relaxing at the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 03: New Delhi – Mandawa
Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel and then drive to Mandawa – the city of castles and havelis en route visiting the traditional villages of Rajasthan. Upon arrival in Mandawa, a representative from Shantanu Cultural Trails assists to transfer you to the Hotel Fort Mandawa Castle. Freshen up and relax at the hotel. Later proceed to sightseeing tour of Mandawa. Visit the magnificent Fort Mandawa Castle. Explore ancient beautiful painted havelis. You have wonderful opportunity to see the beautiful murals, frescoes and miniature paintings while exploring havelis. In time return back to the hotel for dinner and relaxing overnight stay.
Day 04: Mandawa – Bikaner
Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, drive to Bikaner popularly described as Camel City or Camel Country. Bikaner was founded by Rao Bikaji in 1488 AD. Upon arrival in Bikaner, a representative from Shantanu Cultural Trails assists to transfer you to the hotel. After a little refreshment, visit the majestic Junagarh Fort. See the majesty of the fort complex by exploring it. This magnificent fort was founded by Raja Rai Singh in the year of 1593 and improved by his successors. Raj Rai Singh was a General in the Army of mighty Mughal Emperor Akbar. Also visit the Lallgarh Palace. Later visit Camel Breeding Farm & Research Centre – only one of its kinds in Asia. Day 05: Bikaner – Deshnok – Khimsar
Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast drive to Khimsar visiting en route 600-year-old Deshnok Rat Temple. Continue your journey to Khimsar. Day 06: Khimsar – Ocian – Jaisalmer
Take your hearty breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast drive to Jaisalmer – the Golden City of India. You will visit 7th century Mahavira Jain Temple and 200-year-old Jija Mata Temple at Osiyan town. Upon arrival in Jaisalmer, a representative from Shantanu Cultural Trails assists to transfer you to the hotel. Situated in the heart of Thar Desert, Jaisalmer is one of the most important cities of Rajasthan. It was founded by Rawal Jaisal in 1156 AD after shifting his capital from Lodurva. It was the main caravan route from Far East to the Middle East. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 07: Jaisalmer
Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel and then embark on full day sightseeing tour of Jaisalmer – the Golden City of India. Visit the magnificent – Golden Fort (Sonar Kila) and explore ancient Jain Temples within the fort complex. The specialty of the Fort is that still approximately 5000 people are living inside. Visit the Fort Palace overlooking golden views of Jaisalmer City in yellow sand stones. Later visit famous havelis of the city like Patwon-Ki-Haveli and Nath-Ji-Mal-Ki-Haveli. Later enjoy camel ride and proceed to Sam Sand Dunes to watch the romantic vies of sunset. In time return back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 08: Jaisalmer – Jodhpur
After hearty breakfast at the hotel, drive to Jodhpur, the Blue City of India. Jodhpur was founded by Rao Jodha in 1459 AD after shifting his capital from Mandore to Jodhpur by the advice of a holy person. Upon arrival in Jodhpur, a representative from Shantanu Cultural Trails assists you to transfer you to the hotel. Freshen up and relax at the hotel and then proceed to sightseeing of Jodhpur city. Visit the majestic Mehrangarh Fort, the elegant Umaid Bhawan Palace and the royal cenotaph of Jaswant Thada. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 09: Jodhpur – Ranakpur – Udaipur
Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast drive to Udaipur (the city of lakes) visiting en route 15 century Jain Temples at Ranakpur. Temples here are built in pure white marble with 80 domes and supported by 1444 different carved pillars. Continue your drive to Udaipur. Udaipur was founded by Maharana Udai Singh in 1559 Ad. It is one of the most beautiful cities in not only in Rajasthan but also in India. It is considered as one of the most romantic cities in the country. It is situated on the bank of three lakes, that’s why the city is also described as the City of Lakes. The most picturesque lake the city is Pichola Lake. Other lakes are Udai Sagar Lake and Fateh Sagar Lake. The city is surrounded by gorgeous hills of Aravalli Hills. Day 10: Udaipur
After hearty breakfast at the hotel, embark on full day sightseeing tour of Udaipur. Visit the elegant City Palace overlooking panoramic views of picturesque Pichola Lake. Visit the terrific Jagdish Temple built in 1651 Ad. Also visit the lake Fateh Sagar and Saheliyon-Ki-Bari. Afternoon enjoy boat ride in the picturesque lake – Pichola Lake. Visit the Lake Palace situated in the middle of lake. In the evening enjoy exciting cultural folk dances of Rajasthan at Meera Kala Mandir. Day 11: Udaipur – Roopangarh
After hearty breakfast at the hotel leave for Roopangarh, founded by 5the ruler of Kishangarh Maharaja Roop Singh in the 16th century. Day 12: Roopangarh – Jaipur

Day 13: Jaipur
Have a hearty breakfast at the hotel. Experience like Maharajas visiting Amber Fort by an elephant ride. Later visit the Hawa Mahal from where royal ladies used to see the daily life and processions of the city bellow. After lavish lunch at the hotel continue sightseeing tour of Jaipur. Visit the elegant City Palace Complex and explore its attractions like museums, gardens and temples. Visit the Govind Dev Ji Temple and the Birla Temple. Visit the Albert Hall Museum. Visit the Jantar Mantar – the royal observatory. If time permits you will also visit to the Nahargarh Fort and Jaigarh Fort. Dinner and overnight stay will be at heritage hotel – Rambagh Palace.
Day 14: Jaipur – Fatehpur-Sikri – Agra (235 Km, 06 hours )
Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel. Later drive to Agra (the city of Taj Mahal) visiting en route historic sites of Fatehpur Sikri. Continue your drive to Agra. Upon arrival in Agra, Shantanu Cultural Trails assists to transfer you to the Hotel. Relax at the hotel. Later proceed to visit the world heritage monument Taj Mahal – the Symbol of Eternal Love – one of Seven Wonders of the World. This beautiful white marble love monument was built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in the loving memory of his beloved queen Mumtaz Mahal after her death. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 15: Agra – Delhi – Departure
In the morning again visit the Taj Mahal. You will be surly marvel at matchless beauty of Taj Mahal at sunrise. Again, visit the Agra Red Fort. Later drive back to Delhi en route visiting Akbar’s Tomb at Sikandra. Upon arrival in Delhi, Shantanu Cultural Trails representative assists to transfer you to the hotel. Later explore few hours in markets to finish your last-minute shopping.
