Tour Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Delhi

Upon arrival in Delhi, a representative from Shantanu Cultural Trails greets and transfers you to the hotel. Freshen up and relax at the hotel. Enjoy a welcome dinner at the hotel. Stay overnight will be at the hotel.

Day 02: Delhi Sightseeing

Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel and then embark on a full-day sightseeing tour of Delhi. Visit major attractions like Rajghat (the final resting place of Mahatma Gandhi), Red Fort (UNESCO World Heritage Site), Jama Masjid (the largest mosque in India), Chandani Chowk, India Gate War Memorial, President House, Parliament House, Humayun’s Tomb (UNESCO World Heritage Site), Laxmi Narayan Temple, Connaught Place, and Qutub Minar Complex (UNESCO World Heritage Site). Return to the hotel in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 03: Delhi – Mandawa

Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast drive to Mandawa, Rajasthan. Upon arrival in Mandawa, a representative from Shantanu Cultural Trails assists you to transfer to the hotel. After some relaxation, explore the frescoed and painted Havelis of the Shekhawati Region. In time return to the hotel for dinner and a comforting overnight stay.

Day 04: Mandawa – Bikaner

Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast drive to Bikaner, Rajasthan. Upon arrival in Bikaner, the Shantanu Cultural Trails representative assists you to transfer to the hotel. After some relaxation, embark on a sightseeing tour of Bikaner. Visit the fabulous monuments like Junagarh Fort and Lallgarh Palace. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 05: Bikaner

Have a relaxed breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, visit the famous Deshnok Temple. Later visit the worldwide famous Camel Breeding Farm & Research Centre situated outside Bikaner. In time return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 06: Bikaner – Jaisalmer

Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast drive to Jaisalmer, the golden city of India. Upon arrival in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, the Shantanu Cultural Trails representative assists you to transfer to the hotel. Spend the rest of the day relaxing at the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 07: Jaisalmer

Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast embark on a sightseeing tour of Jaisalmer visiting attractions of the city like Golden Fort, Havelis, and Jain Temples. Afternoon visit the famous Sam Sand Dunes by camel ride. Watch the stunning views of the sunset at romantic sand dunes. In time return back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 08: Jaisalmer – Jodhpur

Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast drive to Jodhpur, Sun City. Upon arrival in Jodhpur, the Shantanu Cultural Trails representative assists you to transfer to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 09: Jodhpur Sightseeing

Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel and then embark on a guided city of Jodhpur—the Blue City—the second largest city of Rajasthan after the state capital Jaipur. Visit the Mehrangarh Fort—rising perpendicular and impregnable from a hill that is 125 meters above Jodhpur’s skyline. Other attractions are Umaid Bhawan Palace & Museum, Sardar Government Museum, Jaswant Thada, Mandore Garden, and Clock Tower. In the evening, explore the local markets and enjoy shopping. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 10: Jodhpur – Udaipur

Have a relaxed breakfast at the hotel. Later, drive to Udaipur en-route visiting the famous Ranakpur Jain Temples. On arrival in Udaipur—the City of Lakes, you will be transferred to the hotel. Freshen up and relax. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 11: Udaipur Sightseeing

Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel and then embark on a full-day sightseeing tour in Udaipur, Rajasthan. Udaipur sightseeing covers the City Palace, Jagdish Temple, Lake Pichola, Taj Lake Palace, Jag Mandir Palace, Fateh Sagar Lake, Monsoon Palace, Saheliyon-Ki-Bari, Vintage Cars Museum, and Bagore Ki Haveli. In the evening, enjoy a boat ride on Pichola Lake. Come back to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 12: Udaipur – Deogarh

Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel in Udaipur. Thereafter, drive to Deogarh and check in at the hotel. Visit the Deogarh Mahal, an architectural marvel. Also, visit the typical village, lake, and temple. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel. 

Day 13: Deogarh – Jaipur

Post breakfast, drive to Jaipur, the capital and largest city of the Indian state of Rajasthan. On arrival, check in at the hotel. Freshen up and relax. Spend the rest of the day at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 14: Jaipur Sightseeing

In the morning, take an excursion to Amer Fort, a hilltop fort complex located on the outskirts of the city. Enjoy an elephant ride to reach the fort complex. Marvel at the beautiful structure inside the fort complex. See the wonderful view of the Pink City from the fort. Return to hotel, en route, visiting the Jal Mahal, a beautiful palace located in the middle of the Man Sarovar Lake. After having your breakfast at the hotel, embark on a sightseeing tour of Jaipur, the Pink City. Sightseeing in Jaipur covers City Palace & Museum, Govind Devji Temple, Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar (UNESCO World Heritage Site), Central Park, Albert Hall Museum, and Birla Temple. In the evening, explore the various bazaars. Return to the hotel in time for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 15: Jaipur – Fatehpur Sikri – Agra

After early morning breakfast, drive towards Agra, a historical city in Uttar Pradesh. On the way, stop at Fatehpur Sikri—a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here you will see many historical monuments, such as Buland Darwaza, Panch Mahal, Jodha Bai Palace, Birbal House, Salim Chisti Tomb, Jama Masjid, Diwan-I-Aam, and Diwan-I-Khas. Thereafter, continue your drive to Agra, Uttar Pradesh. On arrival in Agra, check in at the hotel. Freshen up and relax. In the evening visit the magnificent Taj Mahal—the Symbol of Eternal Love, a white marble monument built by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in the loving memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. See the splendor of the Taj Mahal at the sunset. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel. 

Day 16: Agra – Delhi – Departure

In the early morning, re-visit the Taj Mahal (UNESCO World Heritage Site) Marvel its beauty at sunrise. Later, visit the Agra Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. See various beautiful structures inside the fort complex. Later, drive back to Delhi. On arrival in Delhi, you will be transferred to the hotel for rest and a farewell dinner. A representative from Shantanu Cultural Trails will transfer you to the New Delhi International Airport on time. Take a flight back to your home destination. The tour ends here.
