Tour Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Delhi

Upon arrival at Delhi International airport by flight, you will be welcomed by the Shantanu Cultural Trails representative. He will then transfer you to a hotel for an overnight stay. Complete the check-in process and relax at the hotel.

Day 02: Delhi Excursion

Delhi, the state capital of India, is full of history. You will find a harmonious mix of the old and the modern while touring the city. There is a lot to see in the city. From historical places and religious buildings to shopping centers, Delhi has a number of tourist attractions such as Qutub Minar, Red Fort, India Gate, Humayun’s Tomb, and Jama Masjid. After having a delicious breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a full-day sightseeing tour of Delhi. Return to the hotel in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 03: Delhi – Samode

After a scrumptious breakfast drive to Samode. On arrival, check-in at the hotel for an overnight stay. In the afternoon, visit the best tourist attractions of Samode like Samode fort, Samode Palace, and Haveli. Return to the hotel for dinners and overnight stay.

Day 04: Samode – Mandawa

Today, your chauffeur will drive you to Mandawa from Samode. Have a delicious breakfast at the hotel and complete the check-out procedure. Upon arrival in Mandawa, you will be transported to the hotel directly. Check-in at the hotel and relax. In the afternoon, enjoy a local sightseeing tour of Mandawa. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 05: Mandawa – Bikaner

Wake up early in the morning and proceed to Bikaner. After arriving in the town, check-in at the hotel for an overnight stay. Get freshen up and move for an excursion to Bikaner. Enjoy a local sightseeing tour, especially the camel breeding farm. You can also do street shopping there. In the evening return to the hotel and stay overnight.

Day 06: Bikaner – Deshnoke – Khimsar

After breakfast, drive to Khimsar enroute visiting the Rat Temple of Deshnoke, a famous temple of Goddess Karni Mata. This temple is unique because of the thousands of rats that live here and are revered by the devotees. Spotting the only white rat in the temple is considered a good omen. Upon your arrival in Khimsar, get transferred to the pre-booked hotel. Check-in at the hotel and stay overnight for a nice and relaxed sleep. 

Day 07: Khimsar – Jaisalmer

Enjoy a relaxing breakfast at the hotel. Later, wander around the town and see the locals’ lifestyle. Return to the hotel and complete the check-out procedure. Next, your driver will drive you to your next destination- Jaisalmer. Reach the hotel and check-in the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 08: Jaisalmer City Tour

After relishing the heartiest breakfast, spend the entire day exploring the historical and religious sites of the city. Jaisalmer is dotted with many fascinating attractions such as the Jaisalmer Fort, Nathmal Ji Ki Haveli, Salim Singh Ki Haveli, Patwon Ji Ki Haveli, and Jain temple, etc. See the beautiful murals while touring the Havelis. Enjoy a camel safari in Sand Dunes on your visit to Sam Dunes. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 09: Jaisalmer – Jodhpur

After breakfast, drive to Jodhpur. On arrival, check in at the hotel. You will be spending your day covering Mehrangarh fort – unsurpassed in beauty & grandeur, it is one of the largest forts in India. Innumerable palaces in the fort, interspersed with sprawling courtyards, are intricately carved Jaswant Thada – The 19th century royal cenotaph, a creation in white marble, Clock tower – The timely treasure of Jodhpur, Ummed Bhawan – the modern-day pride of Jodhpur and Mandore Garden – with the religious background. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 10: Jodhpur – Rohetgarh

Check out from the hotel in Jodhpur after having your breakfast. And, drive to Rohetgarh a small village. On arrival, check-in at the hotel. Enjoy the afternoon jeep safari to visit Bishnoi Village and you may even spot blackbucks on the route. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 11: Rohetgarh – Ranakpur – Udaipur

After breakfast drive to Udaipur enroute visiting Jain Temples at Ranakpur. Ranakpur – Famous for 15th century Jain Temples, especially, the ‘Chaumukha Temple’ dedicated to Tirthankara Rishab Ji. The temple covers almost 48000 sq. feet of area. On arrival in Udaipur, check-in at the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 12: Udaipur Sight Tour

Have your breakfast early and leave the hotel for the city sightseeing tour. Visit the City Palace, Crystal gallery, Jag Mandir, Vintage and Classic Car Collection, and Sahelion ki bari (Queen’s resort for her friends) and don’t forget to see the beautiful Light and Sound Show in the City Palace during the evening hours. Overnight stay at Udaipur.

Day 13: Udaipur – Pushkar

Have your breakfast and complete the check-out process at the hotel and straight head to Pushkar. On arrival, check-in at the hotel. Afternoon exploration of the holy town of Pushkar. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 14: Pushkar – Ajmer – Jaipur

Wake up early in the morning and see the mesmerizing sunrise the Pushkar Lake. Visit the Brahma Temple, one of the only 6 Brahma temples in India. Then drive to Jaipur enroute visiting Dargah Shariff, the tomb of Sufi saint Khawaja Moinuddin Chisti in Ajmer. Reach Jaipur and get transferred to the pre-booked hotel. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 15: Local Sightseeing Tour in Jaipur

Early morning, visit the Amer Fort and experience elephant riding. While touring the Jaigarh Fort, have a look at the largest cannon on wheels in the world, namely Jaivana. Relish the authentic Rajasthani cuisine at any nearby restaurant. Visit the famous Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds). Have a look at its immaculate Rajput architecture. Travel back in time while touring the museums in the City Palace complex. Explore the immaculate work of art and architecture, while visiting the Jantar Mantar. Also, visit Gaitor and go shopping. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 16: Jaipur – Karauli

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Karauli. On arrival, complete the check-in process and head towards your room to get freshen up. After that, proceed for a local sightseeing tour in Karauli. You can explore some of the major tourist attractions of Karauli like Karauli City Palace, Shri Mahavirji Jain Temple, Kaila Devi Temple, Kalyanji Temple, and Timangarh Fort. After spending a tiring day exploring the town, return to your hotel for the dinner and relaxing and cozy sleep.

Day 17: Karauli – Fatehpur Sikri – Agra

After breakfast, drive to Agra while visiting Fatehpur Sikri enroute. After arriving in Agra, the chauffeur will drop you at the hotel. Get the keys to your room and get relaxed. In the afternoon, visit the Agra fort and Itimad-ud-Daulah’s Tomb. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 18: Agra – Delhi

Have an early morning view of The Taj Mahal for capturing an unforgettable moment of your life. Return to your hotel for having breakfast. Get freshen up and complete the check-out formalities. In the afternoon, drive to Delhi via Sikandra, where you will see Akbar Tomb and Kanch Mahal. On arrival in Delhi, do check-in at the hotel.

Day 19: Delhi – Departure

Enjoy a relaxing breakfast at the hotel. Do some last-minute shopping from the nearby shops. In the late afternoon, check out from the hotel. The Shantanu Cultural Trails representative will drop you at the Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey. Tour ends.
